I finally made it to Eastern State Penitentiary. It's not open for wandering tourists, but they do have one-hour guided tours throughout the winter. I would love to go take pictures sometime when it's much warmer and when I have more time to pay attention to photography instead of staying with a group, but the tour was actually very interesting so I'm glad we did it.

I was poking around on the ESP's page about their guidelines for photography and found that there have been some interesting commerical shoots there, including a filming of Emeril Live! in 2003 (they were smart and did it in July, not January!) and an album cover for Sting All This Time.
